How to apply an equalizer
1. Drop an audio file you already have. A photo or a video is refused here. 2. Leave voice, or pick bass, treble or warm. 3. Press “Apply equalizer” and download.
GustKit runs the FFmpeg equalizer filter. Voice cuts 200 Hz by 4 dB and lifts 3000 Hz by 5 dB. Bass lifts 100 Hz by 10 dB. Treble lifts 4000 Hz by 8 dB. Warm lifts 180 Hz by 6 dB and cuts 6000 Hz by 6 dB. MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG and FLAC stay in that type. A video soundtrack belongs on the video pages.
A few bands, not one knob
Bass and treble raises or lowers one shelf and keeps the rest. Lowpass removes what sits over a cutoff. This page moves two bands on voice and warm, or one band on bass and treble, and leaves the length almost the same. It does not change the volume knob.
The audio stays in this tab
FFmpeg runs in this browser. GustKit does not fetch audio from a link. Close the tab and the file is gone. Files up to the limit shown next to the button.
How to check the equalizer
1. Play the download next to the original. 2. Bass should lift a low note. Treble should lift a high note. Voice should thin the low end. 3. If the file type changed, you opened a different page.
Bass and treble moves one shelf. This page runs the FFmpeg equalizer filter and keeps the file type. A few bands move and the length stays almost the same. Nothing is uploaded.
